4.4R in Nepal

Early this morning (29th Sept) there was a report of a 4.4R earthquake in Nepal, West of Pokhara at the epicenter indicated in map above. This follows another, a few days ago on 26th September 2019 similar strength, (4.3R), and on the same day a 4.0R. We have had a quiet period for Nepal for months, and it seems we slowly get some increase of activity. Today event is one of the strongest and as we see from the NepalCalendar we show that we expected to have increased streses today 29th, as shown in the circle below.
Finally on our analysis we show the stress of the region today, from our software, which shows we expected stress point, only one near Pokhar. The actual event was west of Pokhar at [28.6 N 83.06E] as shown of the epicenter, while our coordinates are [28N, 84E], as shown in our circle in black colour below. It is very good prediction this time. Lets hope that the small but more frequent earthquakes we see recently,  is just a blip and the major Nepal fault not activated as we all know what is capable of doing. Be Safe Be Good!
