Japan Update using FDL Method. (JaCal)

This is a Japan update after studying a little more the Japan calendar. We can see we expect some activity on 9th and then there is the window 13-17th October, where from the 13th, especially near the 13th, we should see double events. Then 21st and finally the window near the close of the month 27-31st October.
