The Moon today is 24% illuminates as can be seen from the foto above. As the NEW Moon is approaching on 9th September 2018, today the Moon is on MAX declination, the only this month. It coincides with Heliocentric Mercury Max Declination, as well as STATURN's STATIONARY position today. So the Moon will do what is supposed to do, keep well keep safe.
