Dozens dead and 1.6 million people evacuated during Japan floods - video

Torrential rain has caused heavy flooding and landslides in south-west Japan. Dozens of  people have died and at least 50 are missing. Japan's meteorological agency issued 'historic and special weather warnings' across four prefectures in the west of Japan's main island of Honshu
