Today 22nd August, justa a day from the total solar eclipse, the long awaited, dreaded, and widely commented, here is what the day has brought already 16:00hrs GMT. What we see is a trully quiet day. We have had not a single 5R event. The strongest events were 4.6R one in NEPAL and the other in Papua New Guinea! I guess the day is not over yet, but it looks like Mexico has had five earthquakes today, the most active part of the world today. We have had events in Venezuela, Russia, Chile, Iran, and India. Let us hope we have this quiet trend continue. Be Safe Be Good.
