A 6.7R event was registered late yesterday in Aleutian Islands, location shown by the above map. This region is very much within the square capture of Kamchatka which we give a calendar. Hence one could use the June Calendar for Kamchatka, and we can see the peak on the barchart we were expecting it today (3rd June), well within the +-1 day window. I also show you the Global calendar, as this should also capture it as it is an event of >6R. The Global calendar is for >6R events across the globe, but for no specific location. It has been derived from ONLY strong, (>6R) past events globally. Both calendars show good peaks on the 3rd June, hence we have a hit.
