4.1R in Nepal!

Nepal's National Seismological Center reported this 4.1R event in Nepal, today, at 11:13 UTC, near Darchula. Unfortunately EMSC did not report it, so we did not see it until later. We expected it tomorrow 11th. See our expectation in here.
