4.1R off the coast of COSTA RICA!

Well, this small event is in the broad region of Caribbean even if it is on the pacific side, where we have seen so much Ionospheric TEC Rate changes from our previous posts. It is not a surprise therefore to see this small but yet an event in the right place. We will keep an eye just in case this is a precursor to more activity.
