GARDENA, Calif. (FOX 11 / USGS) - A small 3.1 earthquake has rattled parts of Southern California, but there have been no reports of damage or injury.
The U.S. Geological Survey says a 3.1 magnitude quake hit at 7:43a.m. Tuesday, and was centered about 2.5 miles north of Gardena.
The earthquake was also felt 3.7 miles southeast of Inglewood.
Authorities in Gardena say there have been no calls of injuries or damage as a result of the quake.
