3.3R in Central California! <---Location and date spot on

Well we can say ALL earthquake events are modulated down and therefore
had it not been for the Sun today being spotless we would have had much stronger events worldwide. This 3.3 R event came a little while ago in Central California, as predicted that it will come today, and at the spot we said it would.
