In contrast to Asia, here is the USA Region for CO concentration for today. You can see New York Region with conc. 2128 ppbv CO and also on the other side of the continent Los Angeles can be seen with 1348 ppbv. Further South you can see Mexico City historically known polluter from cars with 787 ppbv concentration.The biggest concentration today however is none of them. Surprising the biggest concentration of CO this afternoon is in British Columbia!!!! It is a place in 53.64N 125.72W with concentrations over 5000 ppbv. It is in a plce called Twidsmuir South Provincial Park.
