A 4.1R earthquake was reported today in Chile. A very small by local standards. However the Chile Window is now OPEN and over the next 2 days one must be careful. Of course, we are overall in a Quiescent period, as illustrated by low TEC count as well as virtually no sun spots. However, the window is open and it is likely we may see more tomorrow??? As predicted by our latest calendar for the region!
