Sometimes earthquakes relatively small magnitude by world standards, such as this one this morning in Algeria, can cause more damage when they arrive in coutries where such events are uncommon and the construction of dwellings is not sufficient for earthquakes. In such cases we are lucky to have no casualties. Fingers crossed!
